I am looking for my Aunt, her maiden name was EDMISTON, but she married a LOWE and moved from Tennessee to Strathmore, CA She was born between 1914 and 1920 in Shelby County, TN I have only seen her one time in my life and that was in 1952 to 1955 and at that time she was over at my parents house showing off her wedding ring and saying she was moving to California, my other Aunt said that she moved to Strathmore, CA and it was close to Bakersfield and her husband either owned a big farm or was connected to it. On my Uncle's obituary of 1972, lists her as Mary Lowe. Can someone please help me? I think she is dead already because I can not find his or her phone number. Thank you. Bobby L. Edmiston
I have a copy of the obituary for Mary Lowe. I am not related to the family but I work in a library that has some of Porterville's obits on file. Please send me your mailing address and I will send this to you.
