I did go to the Tulare County Genealogy website and looked through this indexed obits and cemeteries, but I couldn't find him there or just missed him. So this is great! This is the Leslie G. Culver that I am looking for. Same birthday and my Leslie did have a brother Jesse, and a sister Mae, who married a Vance. However, this Hattie is probably a second or third wife of Leslie. I only have record of his first wife, Anna E, Murdock, and two children, Flora and Leona, (see below). I would like to have information on his first wife and the children that he had with her, so I was hoping for an elaborate obituary as they sometimes did.
