TOMPKINS, who supposedly married my Great Grandmother Alvira Mercy STARR on 8 Dec 1861 in Tehama, Tehama County. Their first two children, Henryetta and Willis E., were also purported to be born in Tehama. Are there records this far back and can someone do a lookup for me?
