My greatgrandfather Theodore Baker married Clara Foreman in the Presbyterian Church in Red Bluff on Sept. 11, 1878. Witnesses were Henry and Bertha Miller. I am pretty sure he had relatives in the area. Anyone have access to census records for Tehama County for 1860, 70 and 80 or know anything about Bakers in the area around that time?
