Andrew NORRIS arrived in Tehama Co in the mid 1800s. Andrew bought his first land near Lyonsville.....abt 40 miles east of Red Bluff. Andrew and his wife, Frances Downen, proceded to raise their children in the area of Lyonsville and about 1907, they moved to the area of Manton, just a few miles east of Red Bluff.
