I have a copy of a marriage record for Silas J. Nelson, and Veda Rena Ford, they were married on Feb. 12, 1916. Silas was a resident of San Francisco, CA. Veda a resident of Red Bluff, Tehama Co, CA. Their witnesses were Theo Haakonson, who lived in Jelly,Tehama Co., CA. And Arta Ford lived in Red Bluff, Tehama Co,CA. I could use help with any of these names, as well as the question about Jelly. I know that Theo and Arta were married some time after Veda and Silas.
