Hello everyone... this is my first posting to this list. I am seeking information on my grandparents who lived in Tehama County. Their names were Olga and Howard Emerson and I believe they lived in Gerber. My father, Philip Emerson, was graduated from Red Bluff High in 1938 or 1939. Olga & Howard were divorced and Olga remarried Tom Stillwell and lived in Vina. I am trying to determine when/where the divorce took place and when/where the second marriage occurred. Vernon was about 13 years old at the time of the move to California from Brainerd Minnesota. I do not have easy access to the 1910 census. Vernon went to high school in Red Wing and then moved to Pittsburgh and then went to College in Ohio. I am trying to find out what happened to Thomas after the move to Red Bluff. Vernon and his father did not get along and he never talked about his father with his sons. I know that Mary Agnes died on Dec 19 in Los Angeles. I do not know year or where she was buried. I have sent requests for death certificates from Sacramento but have had no response. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
