James Andrew Herman was born on 1/6/1877 in catawba county, according to his WW1 draft card. Cora was born in 1884 per the 1930 census, which has them living in Hickory. In the 1920 census, she's listed as born in 1920, go figure. Fread T Herman was born in 1914 in NC Bessie V Herman was born in 1916 in NC Mable E (Mattie) was born in 1922 in NC Dela E was born in 1904 in NC Lou was born in 1901 in NC hard to read, looks like Detion - F, b. 1903 in NC George Washington Herman b 3/10/1907 in Catawba Co, NC d 12/27/1983 in Catawba Co.
