I have been fortunate enough to receive a photo of "Jake Pope and his mule". Reported to be either a cousin or a nephew of Daniel Pope and Gemima Lafone. Can anyone shed any light on this Jake Pope? I have no more info on Jake. Daniel and Gemima are buried at St. John's , Conover.
