Need help with the following information: Lewis E. Lefever married Catherine "Kate" Fowler, had three children, Maggie, Author, Mary. Lewis was born ca. 1835 possibly in Lincoln County. Does anyone have information of either Lewis' or Kate's ancestors? Also, the 1840 Lincoln County Census lists a Campbell Lefever with one son under 5 and one son 5-10. Also woman 20-30. Does anyone have any information of this family? Perhaps this is the family of Lewis mentioned above? Any insight greatly appreciated. Pat
