Hi, all- Need clarification re the James Drayman Deitz appearing to be s/o of Martha Deitz, both residing at the south end of 16th, Hickory, NC on p. 13 of Catawba Cousins, Vol. 17, No. 3, December 2002. The is also a James T. Deitz b. 24 Jan 1874; d. 16 May 1962 per p. 49, Vol. 1 of Catawba Co. Cemeteries, p. 49 and Martha Deitz is buried in same row, same cemetery (Surname is Dietz on this page). This Martha d/o of Soloman, Sr. & Elizabeth Deitz appears to have had 9 children and was unmarried as far as I know. Are these James Dietz/Deitz the same person? Thanks. Ann Propst, Brevard, NC
