I have found this bit of information: Lincoln County Deeds - page 443, 20 Jan 1825: John Coulter Esq, as sheriff of Lincoln Co., to John Wilfong Jr., $22.25 for land sold at public auction on 19 Jan 1824, to satisfy a debt of William Dealasnyder to Jonn Wilfong and Son Co., of $47.61, land on Lyles creek at Andrew Yount¹s corner and Lourances to Griffith Edwards line and Laflors or Lofons (sp) corner to Peter Younts lower survey line. It being Delasnyder¹s 1/7 part/share of 200 acres part of land granted to Peter Yount in 1782. Does anyone know about this Peter Yount and/or the identity of the other heirs in this matter, or the names of the children of Peter Yount and whom they married? One of the other heirs was Solomon Deal's wife Sarah Yount Deal: Lincoln County deed ³Dealsnyder¹s 1/7 part or share of 200 acres, previous court record having named Solomon and Sarah Deal as also being part owners of land granted to Peter Yount in 1782 (Solomon married Sally Yount and the bond is dated 29 June 1815) I presume that the Peter Yount mentioned in the 1825 document was also a son. Any help welcome. Agnes Cloninger
