Catherine is the dau of Henry Lagle b. 1784 or 1790 and Margaret Hedrick, chr. Feb 29,1834. Since we don't have a father I am guessing there is no bastardy bond. The Alabama thing is new. Where did you hear about this ? Also I believe Sylvanus was chr. Feb 28,1852 at St. Peters. That kind of clashes with a birth 5 days earlier in Alabama.
