    3. ear Norma, I have checked this family and discover that you have about as much information on the line of HP White as anyone. Ancestry showed that your Clines are from Catawba County. I have the entire Cline line (I was on the Cline Reunion Committee 2000-2002) and Fannie-4 is dau. of John Jr.-3, John Sr.-2, Sebastian-1. Not very often does my database cover Caldwell county families unless they moved there from Catawba. You and Kim Dunlap Gordon define the family as follows: She quotes you. 1. :Henderson Pinkney (H.P.) WHITE was born about 1820. He died of Chronic Pancreatic Condition on 24 Jun 1862 in Hickory, Catawba, North Carolina. Henderson and Fannie lived in, and helped run, the old Hickory Tavern. :Fannie CLINE (daughter of John CLINE and Elizabeth "Betsy" HUFFMAN) was born on 6 Jul 1824 in Lincoln (Catawba) County, North Carolina. She died in Hickory, Catawba, North Carolina. Henderson Pinkney (H.P.) WHITE and Fannie CLINE had the following children: +2 i. :Andrew Gamewell WHITE (born on 24 Oct 1851). 3 ii. :William Pinkney WHITE. 4 iii. :Philip David (David) WHITE. +5 iv. :George Washington WHITE (born about 1862). 6 v. :Katherine WHITE.
