Hello All, I am attempting to root out the ancestors of Sarah 'Sally' Fisher, b. 1811 NC, (possibly), m. 1837 Linc. Co NC, John Richard Stiles. She died 1898 and is buried at Concord Me. Ch, Cat Co., NC. There are many other Fishers buried there and I have not been able to connect the dots. I believe she descends from Stephen Fisher who supposedly came to Lincoln Co. in the 18th Cent and had 11 children. I have compiled many Fisher census records, and suspect some of the children could be among the following; Reuben, Rufus, Samuel, Joseph, David, Uriah, Benjamin, Richard, Ezekiel, John, William, Susanna, Saloma, Anna, and possibly my Sarah. Can anyone point me to a source or share information on this family? I would appreciate any help or leads. Thanks, Rosemary Moore
