Dear folks, After wading through a ton of mail this morning, many subscribers to CATAWBA-WEST-L have made their feelings known concerning forwarded Query List postings. The majority of the responses have been positive but enough have requested that messages not be forwarded to make me re-think the wisdom of forwarding to the list. As much as I hate unnecessary mail, I can understand why some folks would not want duplicate mail or queries. For that reason, I will no longer forward queries from the GenConnect Query page after 10:00 on 27 April 2000. Those that would like to continue to receive these queries can subscribe by going to the query page: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/NC/Catawba and filling in their e-mail address at the bottom of the page.
