Perhaps they were married in either Catawba or Caldwell County. Am trying to confirm or deny that Elizabeth's maiden name was SMITH. Thank You. Ray

Cook, age 26, of Caldwell County, son of Aaron E. and Caroline Cook of Burke Coounty, North Carolina, to Louisa McCall, age 18, of Caldwell County, daughter of John R. and Josephine McCall of Caldwell County. Married 10 November 1895 by J. T. C. Hood, near John R. McCall's in John's river township. Witnesses: J. L. Oxford, Elizabeth McCall, J. H. Small.
