Dear Robert, Thanks for your interest in the continuing conflict regarding the old Jacob Dellinger cemetery on Randleman Rd. In Iron Station. The matter is still ion the court system with our next court date the week of October 9th, 2000. We have had some setbacks and victories concerning procedural errors but I think our case is sound and anticipate the court to rule in our favor. I will keep the list informed of the outcome.
