Hello List, Would appreciate hearing from any of you researchers who may know the location of these two old Burke Co. creeks, (copied verbatim from the 1844 Warrant) "...in the county of Burke on the waters of Cold Ass Creek commencing at the Bear Branch Fork..." or what name they are known by today? These creeks are not shown on any map I have yet seen.
