Dear List folks, Recently you may have seen a message that indicates that your list administrator (me, Derick Hartshorn) is an "unknown user." Please be aware that I am still here and virtually all messages are being sent to subscribers. A problem might exist with my server (Wave Communications, Inc.) but that should not effect your ability to receive mail. I have received quite a few messages from other servers, AOL in particular, notifying me that certain users are "unknown." This appears to be a universal problem which occurs from time to time and is totally unpredictable. The system will automatically unsub anyone that has four bounces so I don't know how many folks have been removed due to the problems experienced by their servers. Whether this is due to sun spots, server gremlins or whatever, I'm still here and the lists are still up and being maintained. Regards, --Derick S. Hartshorn Asst.
