Yes, it is the Daniel Kahill home. Daniel Kahill bought the house from a descendant of Capt. :John Dellinger. I have a research article in the "Catawba Cousins", Volume 16:1, June 2001. . You might find this of interest. Kathy Sullivan has traced the property back in time. Of great interest to me, was that Danile Kahill married a Mull, so the property has always been owned by a descendant of the Mull family.
