    3. Ann, Thank you for your response. I did not know about the daughter of Ephraim Rinck who was married to a Stallings before she married Pont Deal. I suspect that this was the Elizabeth Stallings who was living with the Rincks in 1870. Thanks also for pointing out the burial places of these individuals. I will look for them on my next visit to Hickory.
