The marriage may have been performed in Burke or Caldwell Co., NC There are at least five Ransom Lails in my database. The brief research I have done doesn't shed any more light on them. There are obvious discrepancies in the several trees I have studied. I wish I had the time to try and get the mess straightened out. --Derick
