In my research on the WHITE family that settled in Gaston County in 1778-79, most of the family members were buried at Long Creek Presbyterian Church, about four miles west of Bessemer City. A few others were buried in the Olney Cemetery which is about 3 miles south of Garrison Blvd. in Gastonia, about 1,000 feet off of US 321. Another cemetery I am seeking was called "Neeley's Creek" (in notes which are over 50 years old). Can anyone identify this cemetery or has anyone ever heard of it? --Derick [email protected]
