I am looking for information on Cicero COLEMAN and his family. I believe that Cicero is the father of Lucy Ella Coleman (b. Jan 1883, d. 1975) who married Jacob A. DELLINGER (b. 1877, d. 1944), son of William Pinkney DELLINGER. Lucy and Jacob were my wife's grandparents. All were in Catawba Co. NC during the early 1900s, with Jacob and Lucy moving to Burke Co. after 1920. Lucy apparently had family in Table Rock, NC. What little information I have on Cicero COLEMAN comes from the 1900 and 1910 census.
