This John Campbell emigrated from County Tyrone Ireland and became a naturalized citizen. I have the entry from the court minutes for his naturalization somewhere in my notes. > In the 1860 census for Catawba County Early Grove TWP are John D. Campbell and I have him and his descendents pretty well documented. What I don't have is information about him or his siblings. Anyone wanting the information I have on him is welcome to it; just let me know and I will send it to you. Also, I can't tie his first wife, Elizabeth Bumgarner, to her father who I suspect was Aaron Bumgarner, but cannot prove it. Thanks, Jim Campbell
