Hi Agnes, I believe the Catawba Co Historical Association has the "Catawbans" for sale at the old court house in Newton, NC. They maintain a museum there and have a small room with items for sale , like books, maps etc. I haven't been there for a couple years, so I am not positive it is still open. they also have it listed on their site: http://www.co.catawba.nc.us/otheragency/cchs/histassn.htm Our libraries around here in NC also have the book.
