I have the estate papers for Solomon Filo Huffman who died without a will.  Solomon is buried at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church beside his first wife Amanda Holler Huffman.  His second wife Candace Smyre Huffman gave the right to administer the estate to M. M. Holler who is the brother to Amanda.  Her statement is dated June 30th 1896. Here is a list of names that appear in the estate papers:  Huffman, Smyre, Link, Hunsucker, Shell, Holler, Yount, Herman, Summerrow, Rockett, McCorkle, Bandy, Smith, Cline, Baker, Parker, Abernethy. Heirs to the estate are listed:  John Huffman, Edward Huffman, Lela Huffman, Mary Huffman, Minnie Huffman, Ella Huffman and one heir anonymous.
