I have just finished speaking with Noreen Haler of The Caswell Surname Organization. As many of you are aware, Noreen and her sister have spent a lifetime collecting all and every bit of information they can find, and entering it into a database. Currently, their file covers some 2500 written pages (in Word Perfect) and contains Caswell data from all over the world. The sisters have lodged this information in book form in several libraries, including the LDS at Salt lake. I have entered into an agreement with The Caswell Surname Organization to purchase a copy of this data (on 32 floppies) so I can place it on the upcoming Caswell CD. We, (CSO & myself) have agreed to charge $25 for this CD, sharing the 'profit' equally. I have made an initial upfront payment to the CSO of $400 to show good faith. I hope to have the files here within the next week or so, so should be able to send out CDs in about 3 weeks.
