He also purchased the old homestead of the first Lowell family at Caswell's Corner and remodeled and improved the house and outbuildings for the purpose of a summer residence for his family." Does anyone know what relationship the Lowell family were to the Caswell's? Is it just another family in Harrison at that time? I ask because my husband's grandmother was a Sarah Lowell Marsh Caswell and I wondered if there were any connection.
