Hello again! Okay, my mistake, I have sources on the 2 lines I posted for Charity Caswell, I must agree with Dianna though. The sources telling me that Charity is the daughter of Ebenezer & (unkown at this point) comes from the Mayflower descendant. If I am not mistaken (like the DAR) there has to be rock solid proof to show up in the books of the Mayflower descendant. The source I have for her being the daughter of Job & Elizabeth Caswell came from different sources, the IGI, and the Taunton vital records books. The Taunton book says she was born in Middleboro. I also have a Charity Caswell b. abt 1747 who married John Staples and was the daughter of Ebenezer and right up the same line, however, they were married in 1767, 3 years before this Charity was born. I believe this was probably an older cousin of hers who prob. married an uncle or cousin of Ebenezers??? Does anyone else have any information on this?
