thanks, Mike. Mark and I seem to be the only ones on this list to have a common interest in the Gosport, NH (Isles of Shoals) line and I've not been able to go back beyond 1730's. My family and I will go to the UK in the summer of '00 on the ongoing search for my Archibald family in Scotland/Northern Ireland.
