I am looking for a Helen Dobson and her son George Dobson that came over from England in 1888. Helen was a widow, age abt 41 and George was 12 yrs old. They were living in Yeovil,Somerset, England. I don't know what town they departed from Thanks Robin

I checked the Germans to America CDs for 1850 - 1888. There were no listings for Helen or George. I did find a couple of city directory listings at Ancestry.com. Sandra in Oregon A Mrs Helen Dobson is listed at 1706 E Fayette in the Baltimore Maryland 1890 city directory. A Helen L.
