Hello, I have been trying to locate C. RYPINSKI. His Declaration of Intention to become a US citizen states he arrived at the port of NEW YORK, in the State of NEW YORK. I have not been able to locate him at the Ellis Island Site. Any help greatly appreciated. He ended up in Burleson County, Texas.
