I am looking for an emigration record for Bernt Andreas BERNTSEN (aka Andreas or Andrew), who may have gone by BENTSON in the U.S. He was born 18 Sep 1856 in Haugesund, Norway. He signed out of the Bakke parish on 26 Apr 1880, giving his destination as America. I imagine he came through New York and may have stayed there or gone to Chicago, IL.
