Charity Swain), in AL seems a bit young to be the Levi Cassel son of John Cassels/Castles, 1815 will, Jasper Co, GA. If you look at the Land Patent site for AL, you will find a Charity Castle had a survey for 40.15 acres of land with an issue date of 6-1-1845. The land office is Montgomery. The only other spelling of Cassels/Castles/Castle etc with the same land office is a Benjamin F. Cassels/Castles/Castle. Could he have been a relative of your John Levi who married Charity Swain?
