This is what I have on Levi Castle. born 23 Oct 1747, died after 1791, married Olive Bronson, daughter of Seba Bronsona nd Mary Hickok. They had the following children: There is a ton of info on Olive and the Hickok families on the web. Olive and Levi divorced but I couldn’t' find an exact date. 1. Aurelia, married Eleazer Stearns. 2. Isaac R. born Plymouth, married Jan Wanza, 3. Olive Castle (I have seen some reference to Olive going west with her daughter Olive. Olive and her daughter joined the Shakers along with her two grand daughter. Olive's family moved to Ohio. In the History of Ohio, Olive's brothers are mentioned. Olive and Levi divorced somewhere around 1791, and Olive and her daughter "walked" to Ohio and joined her brothers). There is a great deal of info on the Web about them. 4. Asahal, born about 1771, died 13 1854 in Lee, NY 5. Deborah Castle born Aug 1, between 1774-77 in Arlington, Bennington, VT. She died 20 March 1863 in Swanton, Franklin, VTm Married Moses Hicks, in Bennington, VT 6. Erie Castle born about 1779, died 15 July 1842 buried in Seventh Township Cemetery, Oneida NY 7. Roswell Castle, born between 1780-1785. Married Roxanna Hartwell, daughter of Ebenezer Hartwell and Hannah Bangs, on 22 April 1802 in Castleton, Rutland, Vermont. The Vt records confirms Eveline, Thomas, Horatio, John & Harvey. There is some confusion regarding Horace. The record states that Horace and Horatio may have been the same person. I tried verifying the dates of birth for the children's but most of the early records were destroyed by flood about 1850 a. Carolus Castle abt 1803 b. Columbus Castle born abt 1804 c. Eveline Castle born 1805 d. Thomas born bt 1806 died from typhus on 16 Feb 1813, Castleton, Vt. e. Horatio Castle born about 1808 f. Horace born abt 1808 g. John born abt 1809 h. Harvey born 13 Apr 1811-12, Castleton, married Gratia Walkins 6 Nov 1835, Castleton. He died 1886, Castleton 8. Levi Bronson Castle born 21 Jeb 1791, married Elizabeth Brown Castle, 5 July 1830. Levi was a minister and there is a ton of info on am on the web a, Asbury Benson Castleton born 17 Aug 1832. b. Helen Electa born 29 April 1834. c. John Cranson Castle born 11 Sep 1837 d. Olive Clarissa Castle born 29 Jun 1839, Lodi NY. Married William North Gaylord on 25 Dec 1866. 9. Cullin Castle born about 1815, Castleton, died in Wisconsin after 1870. Married and had 4 children.
