Many libraries (among other genealogical facilities) subscribe to HeritageQuest where you can use the library's computers to access the HeritageQuest databases. Even better if you have a library card from a library that subscribes to HeritageQuest they may permit you to access the databases from home. My library in Apache Junction, AZ allows me to do this and I have downloaded what I wanted from my home computer. I have found many source documents this way. I am still looking for Elizabeth to see where she ended up after Samual died. I thought she may have moved on to Iowa with some of her children or Castle relatives. All info I have on the Whartons in Ohio indicate they are mine but I don't have any death certificates to prove it. Yes, I think the Wharton siblings married Castle siblings. Please send your e-mail address. Which Wharton line are you from? Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. And the reference to Henry Castle having come from Stratford, England seems to be entirely without substance. Probably that originated when someone tried to connect Henry Castle's records in Stratford and/or Stratfield, CT with Stratford, England. Jesse Morrison was declared guilty of killing Mrs. Olin Castle three years ago at the Castle home in Eldorado. The decision means 25 years. The decision was written by Justice John C. Pollock, the others concurring. It says in part: "Upon the theory of the tragedy as maintained by the state, the murder was a butchery of such savage and vicious nature, as is rarely equalled, never excelled, in the criminal history of a civilized world; that search for a parallel so shocking must be among the traditions of eborigines. It was indeed a brutal deed, utterly lacking in mitigating or extenuating circumstances, alike appalling to the mind and shocking to the sensibilities.
