I have this picture (see attached) of Rev. Phebe Caroline (Ferguson) Hinman-Spencer taken at age 91 in June 1939. She died on July 11, 1940.......so you might even see if her obituary is available. I want to get this picture to someone in her family. >From what I can tell, Harold had no children, but I want to verify this. Harold's sister was Zora A. (Hinman) Piek who died 7 July 1975 and I think she also had no children. So the key factor would be finding George Miner Hinman's 1951 obituary to find the married names of his sisters Anna & Mary Hinman. George had a brother named William but his wife Edith died at age 32 on Feb. 18, 1920 and I don't think he ever remarried and they had no children. So as of now, the only living descendants of Phebe would be the great-grandchildren of Mary C. Hinman (born 1870) and Anna E. Hinman (born 1877) and their married names may be listed in their brother's obituary and certainly in their mom Phebe's. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
