Modesto Bee Tuesday May. 22, 2001 Pearl Burks Services set for grandmother, three children (Published: Saturday, May 19, 2001)    Funeral services will be Monday for Pearl Burks, Mikayla Burke, 5, Ashley R. Burks, 6, and Bobby C. Burks, 4, who all died Tuesday.    Pearl Burks of Stockton was born June 23, 1954, in Tracy. She was a lifelong resident of Stockton. She was a homemaker.    She is survived by her husband, Ronald D. Burks Sr. of Stockton; children, Ronda Burks of French Camp and Ronald "David" Burks Jr. of Stockton; parents, Jay and Margaret Harp of Stockton; brothers, Ed Harp of Manteca, Steve Harp of Angels Camp and Ronnie Harp of Stockton; sister, Betty Harp of Stockton; and four grandchildren.    Mikayla Burke of French Camp was born Sept. 22, 1995, in Stockton. She lived in French Camp all her life. She attended Lottie Grunsky Elementary School.    She is survived by her parents, Ronda Burks of French Camp and Michael Burke of Stockton; brother, Corey Michael Burke of French Camp; grandparents, Ronald D. Burks Sr. and Mildred Burke, both of Stockton; and great-grandparents, Margaret and Jay Harp of Stockton.    Ashley Rene Burks of Stockton was born May 29, 1994, in Oakdale. She lived in Stockton all her life. She was in first grade at Elmwood Elementary School.    Bobby Carthel Burks of Stockton was born Oct. 24, 1996, in Modesto and lived in Stockton all his life. He attended Stockton Unified Head-Start Preschool and Immanuel Lutheran Church.    Ashley and Bobby are survived by their parents, Ronald "David" Burks Jr. of Stockton and Wendy Andrea Ellis of Modesto; grandparents, Kathy Simas of Modesto and Ronald D. Burks Sr. of Stockton; and great-grandparents, Margaret and Jay Harp of Stockton.    A funeral for Pearl Burks and Mikayla, Ashley and Bobby will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Discovery Free Will Baptist Church, Stockton. Burial at Parkview Cemetery, Manteca. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Wallace-Martin Funeral Chapel, Stockton.     Remembrances may be made to Burks Memorial Fund, Bank of Stockton, 4515 Quail Lakes Drive, Stockton 95207.
