Born in Arkansas, she had lived in this area for 70 years. She leaves four daughters, Evelyn Austin, Wanda Jones and Blonda Kiernan, all of Modesto, and Violet Clarke of Palm Desert; a son, George Lewis of Vallejo, 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
