Looked at the census index for 1900 and 1910, no Serpa listings for 1900 but there were two families living in the Turlock: Antone, Antone J., Mary, Belle and Manuel, 5B and 6A and Ben and Manuel, sheet 2B You might want to get this film from your local FHC and see if he's listed Title: 1895 military roll, Stanislaus County, California Authors: Kilroy, Cecil E (Main Author) Note Location Film Also on microfilm.
