Is there a book with the history of Oakdale. I was told that my Great + Grandfather and his brothers had a ranch in Oakdale and built the first railroad from Stockton to Oakdale to bring stock and feed from there ranch. These brothers owned the Fisher stage line in Stockton. I have learned to question everything.
