A native of Nebraska, he had been a resident of Emprie for 31 years. He had been employed by Occidental Chemical Co. for the past 18 years. Seeley served in the Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Paradise Christian Reform Church and Masonic Lodge 675 in Modesto. He leaves his widow, Leona F. Seeley of Emprie; three children; Ronald F. Seeley of Modesto, Sharon Metz of Nevada and Martin Seeley of Empire; his mother, Mrs. Esther Seeley of Nebraska, and three brothers. He also leaves four grandchildren. The family invites friends wishing to do so to make contributions to the American Heart Association or Shriner's Crippled Children's Hospital Arrangements are pending at the Franklin & Downs Funeral Home.
