Sypolt, 44, Dies In Modesto Hospital Mrs. Ruth A. Sypolt, 44, a resident of Modesto for the past five years, died in a hospital here early this morning after a brief illness. She was a native of Colorado. Mrs. Sypolt was the wife of H. Stewart Sypolt, and mother of Charles M., Theo S. and kayo George Sypolt of Modesto and sister of Carrie B. Bracken, Bertha M. Farish, Marian B. Stone and Frederick Luth of Utah, and Harold D. Luth of Iowa. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in the Shannon Chapel with Rev.
