I'm told that the individual's name was Cody Courtney and it happened around February of 2002. My friend just moved into this house and is trying to find out more of this house's history. I have been unable to find anything on Cody Courtney other than an article in the Modesto Bee showing Mr. Courtney was arrested in early Feb of this year. It is to my understanding that it was soon after he committed suicide at the house. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
