Milam (B: 1885 D:1951) and Stella Brunner Milam (B:1892 D;1978) who lived in Stanislaus County as early as the 1920's. I have located them on the 1930 US Census living there. Both of them lived there until their deaths. Thomas worked in the field of water management and was often photographed near what appear to be some sort of water flumes. (Photo attached of elder Thomas with sons, Thomas and John with flumes in distance behind them) Thomas and Stella had two sons, John Wesley Milam (B:1913 D: ?) and Thomas B. Milam (B:1921 D:1977) One of these two sons married and had two daughters, Michal Wesllyn Milam (B: 1942)and Gail Kathleen Milam (B: 1944). The elder Thomas B. Milam was my grandmother's older half-brother who relocated to CA from Kentucky sometime before 1916 with his wife, Stella, who was from Texas. Their father was William Wesley Milam of Ohio and Daviess Counties in Kentucky. If anyone has any information regarding the descendants of Thomas and Stella Milam of Stanislaus County, I would appreciate whatever help you might be able to offer.
