Turner--Services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Whitehurst Norton Chapel for Goldie Edna Turner, 86, of Turlock who died Thursday at a local convalescent hospital after a long illness. Burial will be at Turlock Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday. A native of Nebraska, she moved to the area in 1907 at the age of 5. She was a member of Mountain View Sunday School. Survivors include her husband, Horace Turner of Turlock; two sons, Lawrence of Turlock and Edward of Texas; one brother, Everett Olson of Turlock; one sister, Opall Erickson of Turlock; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
