Hi Ron, I have a bit of information on Rhoda Catherine Duncan Peters and her husband Jesse Peters. I only have Rhoda's parents names, not Jesse's. Maybe someone from the list can get you a Death Certificate Transcription. There is also a child of Jesse alive and she lives here locally in Modesto, but I couldn't find her phone number... last I heard she was in ill health. I am not directly related to this family and have only collected it for my nieces and nephews in hopes that one day they will want to do some research on their own!
