J. HILDEBRANDT ESCALON, San Joaquin Co. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday for Anthony John Hildebrandt, 77, who went to the hospital for a checkup Friday and died there of a heart attack. After a brief service in the Deegan Funeral Chapel at 9 AM a requiem mass will commence at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 9:30 AM. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery. The rosary will be at 8 PM tomorrow in the Deegan chapel. Hildebrandt, a retired contractor and rancher, had lived on River Road here 22 years. He was the husband of Olivia C. Hildebrandt of Escalon; father of Paul Hildebrandt of Escalon and Mrs. Olivia Davis of Hollywood; brother of Margaret Neil House of Madison, Wis., Mrs. Mary Sisch of Freeport, Ill., Frank Hildebrandt of Arcadia, Los Angeles County, and Mrs. Harriet Melton of Fresno, and grandfather of two.
